First of all, Professor Huang said that this bilingual professional talent cultivation program of the College of Foreign Languages is in line with the national strategies of the "Belt and Road" and "SCO Demonstration Area", and relying on the advantages of the comprehensive university to cultivate high-quality compound foreign language talents with international vision, patriotism and consummate skill is a powerful measure to serve national strategies and regional social development.
