Professor Yin Xiaopeng (Canadian) is the Executive Vice President of the Global Value Chain Research Institute, an "International Mature Scholar" and a doctoral supervisor. Founder, Secretary-General and Finance of the International Society of Economics and Finance (China), Deputy Secretary-General of the National University International Trade Discipline Collaboration Group, one of the founders and Asian coordinator of "Global Connection-Three Continents International Trade Policy Forum", and the Vice President China International Trade Research Society (CTRS).

Since July 2007, he has been teaching at the University of International Business and Economics as an "International Mature Scholar" (the first in the University of International Business and Economics). Since 2018, he has served as the Executive Deputy Dean of the Global Value Chain Research Institute of the University of International Business and Economics.

Professor Yin Xiaopeng is also the founder, secretary-general and treasurer of the International Economics and Finance Society (China) (IEFS China) (one of the five best societies for international trade academic research in the world), and serves as the deputy secretary general of the National University International Trade Discipline Collaboration Group, the vice president of the China International Trade Research Society (CTRS), and the initiator and the coordinator of Asia of the "Global Connection-Three Continents International Trade Policy Forum" (the only international trade policy research society in the world). He is also the Chinese director of the International Economic Research Center of the University of Washington-University of International Business and Economics. He is also a visiting professor and researcher at many universities, such as McGill University in Canada, University of Western Ontario in Canada, Ryerson University in Canada, University of Warwick in the United Kingdom, King's College in the United Kingdom, University of Groningen in the Netherlands, Zhejiang University in China, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, etc.

Professor Yin Xiaopeng is also the associate editor of the internationally renowned economics academic journal "Economics Modeling", and a number of cutting-edge economic journals in China, like "Review of China's Economic Policy Review", a member of the editorial board of "China Journal of Economic Theory", an invited editor of "International Economics Review" and "Review of Development Economics"; at the same time, he is also a member of the famous academic journals at home and abroad, such as "Journal of Economic Theory", "Canadian Journal of Economics", "International Economics Review", "Scandinavian Journal of Economics", "Development Economics Review", "World Economy", "Economics Modeling", "China Economic Review", "Economic Bulletin" and other invited reviewers. He is currently the executive associate editor of “Economic Modeling”.
