Liu Xiquan, professor, graduated from Beijing Institute of International Relations, visiting scholar of Renmin University of China, and international visiting scholar of Northern Arizona University. He used to be the director of the International Transportation and Logistics Department of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, and is currently the director of the International Trade Department of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College and the director of the International Trade Risk Research Center. He is also the National Foreign Aid Training Expert Database Expert, Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce Training Expert Database Expert, National Customs Declaration Vocational Education Instruction Committee School-Enterprise Cooperation Committee Member, National Foreign Economic and Trade Education Instruction Committee Cross-border E-commerce Special Instruction Committee Member, Shandong Commercial Logistics Standardization Technical Committee (Lu TC33) member, member of Shandong Foreign Economic and Trade Vocational Education Professional Construction Steering Committee, special expert of Qingdao Service Trade Association.
He has compiled "Shandong Province's ‘One Circle and One Belt’ Open Economic Plan", "Shandong Foreign Trade Situation Report", and Qingdao's major bidding project "Qingdao E-commerce Development Path and Choice"; he gave lectures on business training on international logistics, international trade, RCEP and other related topics for hundreds of enterprises and institutions in Shandong, and organized more than 20 foreign aid training programs such as the "Belt and Road International Logistics Transportation and Multimodal Transportation Service Improvement Advanced Seminar", and published more than ten professional papers.
