Wu Changqi is currently the Dean of the School of Management of Shandong University. Former professor of the Department of Strategic Management, Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, Dean of the Development Strategy Research Institute of the National High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Peking University, and Dean of the Guanghua-Cisco Leadership Institute.
Professor Wu's main research areas are strategic management, international business and industrial economics. He has published monographs such as "the Strategic Role of Vertical Integration in the Condition of Oligopolistic Competition" and "Internationalization Strategy of Chinese Enterprises: Theoretical and Empirical Research", and published his research results in “RAND Journal of Economics”, “Strategic Management Journal”, “Journal of World Business”, and "Economic Research", "Management World" and other domestic and foreign academic journals. Professor Wu serves on the editorial board of the Journal of World Business and Journal of International Business Policy. He has presided over a number of key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and achieved fruitful scientific research results.
In addition to teaching and research work, Professor Wu has also been invited to provide consulting and advisory services to governments, enterprises and international organizations, serving as the leader of the National Science and Technology Major Project Mobile Internet Industry Economic Strategy Research Group, and the National Science and Technology Major Project "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and "" Experts of the 13th Five-Year Development Planning Expert Group, Experts of the 14th Five-Year National Intellectual Property Planning Guidance Expert Group, Member of the Expert Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Chairman of the Strategic Management Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Management Sciences.
