On the morning of July 19, the "First Sinology and Psychology Construction Online" Public Welfare Forum, jointly organized by the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Institute of Economics and Trade, Qingdao Socialism Academy (Qingdao Chinese Culture Academy), Qingdao University, the Volunteer Society for Communication of Heart Culture and Qingdao Sinology Society, was successfully held. The purpose of the forum is to "explore the wisdom of Sinology and help psychological construction", and is committed to promoting the intersection of Sinology and psychology from an international perspective, and building an academic exchange platform for integration, innovation, application and service. Nearly 200 people from colleges and universities across the country and friends from all walks of life participated in the online forum.

At the forum, Song Zhenshao, the initiator of the communication of heart culture and executive deputy director of the Mental Health Education and Counseling Center of the Student Work Department of the Party Committee of Beijing Normal University; Wen Haiming, a professor of the School of Philosophy of Renmin University of China and a Mount Tai scholar in Shandong Province; President of Qingdao Sinology Society, Qingdao Hua Li Jiaolong, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Qing Education Group; postgraduate tutor of the School of Literature and Journalism of Qingdao University, lecturer of the Qingdao Municipal Party Committee Lecturer Group, and Vice President of Qingdao Sinology Society Zhang Yixi; Deputy Secretary General of the Council of China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization School of Economics and Trade, Qingdao Dr. Ma Linggang, Director of the Office of the SCO School of Economics and Business, made a keynote speech.

Experts explained from the aspects of traditional Chinese cultural theory, philosophical speculation, relationship with Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, application in basic education, and sharing of classics. Trying to explore and practice the innovation of Sinology and psychological construction in theory, method and technology, and make a useful attempt for our country to realize the strategic goal of cultural power. Constructing a specific psychology on the basis of local culture has been the direction of many scholars and experts in recent years; creating Chinese local psychology on the basis of Chinese local culture is also the goal pursued by current Chinese psychology researchers. It has become the conscious action of many Chinese psychology researchers to explore the psychological resources in Chinese local culture and establish the ideological framework of Chinese local psychology. The most important cultural, historical and philosophical resource for the localization of psychology in China is Sinology. Sinology has brought original innovation to Chinese psychology. It is the only way for Chinese native psychology to break through translation, introduction and review, surpass the introduction, following and imitation, pursue the innovation, reform and pioneering, achieve independence and prosperity and demonstration and leading.

In the next step, Sinology and psychology construction will focus on building an academic exchange platform for integration, innovation, application and service to carry out more cooperation and exchanges between the academic and educational circles.
