A few days ago, the opening ceremony of the 2022 Shandong first phase of the SCO National Poverty Alleviation Training and Preselection Class was held at the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Institute of Economics and Trade. During the signing session, Xiao Jiangnan, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Qingdao University, on behalf of the university, signed a memorandum of understanding with Konstantin Kozadayev, Vice President of Belarusian State University for Teaching Affairs and Education Internationalization, and established a friendly cooperative relationship between the two universities. 

Xiao Jiangnan said in his speech that he wished the two sides a happy cooperation and fruitful results at an early date. In the signing video, Kozadayev said that he was very happy to participate in this meeting and sign the memorandum of understanding between Qingdao University and Belarusian University. He hoped that the signing of the document would become the starting point for further mutually beneficial cooperation between the two universities. The signing of this memorandum of understanding is another important achievement for the university to implement the goal of “one country, one university”, and solidly promote the construction of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Insitute of Economics and Trade.
