殷晓鹏（加拿大籍），教授，全球价值链研究院，常务副院长，“国际成熟学者”，博士生导师。国际经济与金融学会（中国） 创始人，秘书长兼财务；全国高校国际贸易学科协作组， 副秘书长；“全球连线-三大洲国际贸易政策论坛”，发起人之一兼亚洲协调人；中国国际贸易研究会（CTRS），副会长。
自2007年7月起以“国际成熟学者”（对外经贸大学首位）执教于对外经济贸易大学，并于2009年9月起，担任对外经济贸易大学国际经济贸易学院国际贸易系主任。从2018年起，担任对外经济贸易大学全球价值链研究院常务副院长。
殷晓鹏教授同时还是国际经济与金融学会（中国）（IEFS China）（是目前国际上国际贸易学术研究最好的五个学会之一）的创始人和秘书长兼财务；并担任全国高校国际贸易学科协作组，副秘书长；中国国际贸易研究会（CTRS）副会长；“全球连线-三大洲国际贸易政策论坛”（全球唯一的国际贸易政策研究的学会）发起人之一兼亚洲协调人，同时也是华盛顿大学-对外经济贸易大学国际经济研究中心中方主任。他还是许多大学，例如加拿大麦吉尔大学、加拿大西安大略大学、加拿大瑞尔森大学，英国华威大学，英国国王学院，荷兰格罗宁根大学以及中国的浙江大学、上海对外经贸大学等, 的客座教授及研究员。
殷晓鹏教授还是国际著名经济学学术期刊《经济学建模》的副编辑，和国内多家前沿经济期刊，其中包括《中国经济政策回顾评论》、《经济理论中国期刊》的编委会成员、《国际经济学评论》、 《发展经济学评论》的特邀编辑；同时还为国内外著名学术期刊——诸如《经济理论期刊》、《加拿大经济学期刊》、《国际经济学评论》、《斯堪的纳维亚经济学期刊》《发展经济学评论》、《世界经济》、《经济学建模》、《中国经济评论》、《经济学公报》等担任特邀评审。目前担任《经济学建模》常务副编辑。
在任职对外经济贸易大学之前，殷晓鹏教授获得加拿大麦吉尔大学经济学博士学位，并于 1999年起先后在加拿大康科迪亚大学、温莎大学担任过助理教授（终身轨），其学术论文发表在《加拿大经济学期刊》、《国际经济学评论》、《发展经济学评论》、《国际货币与金融期刊》、《世界经济》、《经济学与金融国际评论》、《经济学建模》等许多国际著名学术期刊。

Professor Xiaopeng Yin has joined the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in July, 2007 as the title of “International Matured Scholar”. Since September of 2009, Xiaopeng Yin has been the Chairman of Department of International Trade, School of International Trade and Economics, the first “International Matured Scholar” in UIBE. Since 2018 he was appointed as Executive Dean of Research Institute of Global Value Chain (RIGVC) in UIBE.
He is also the vice-secretary-in-general for the Chinese Society of International Trade; is also Executive Secretary and Treasurer, for the International Economics and Finance Society, China Chapter (IEFS China)—one of top 5 academic associations in international trade in the world; and Co-Founder and Asia Coordinator for “Global Linkage-Tri-Continental Internal Trade Policy Network”, the only active and regular exchange platform for international trade policy research among universities across the world. He is the China Director of UW-UIBE Research Centre of International Economics (RCIE) in the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, China. He is also appointed as the research fellow in several research centres in various universities, such as McGill University, University of Western Ontario, Ryerson University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in Canada and China. He is also the associate editor of the decent economic journal, Economic Modelling, and the member of editorial boards of peer-reviewed journals, such as Chinese Economic Policy Review, Chinese Journal of Economic Theory, guest editors for Review of International Economics, and referees for many famous academic journals, such as Journal of Economic Theory, Canadian Journal of Economics, Review of International Economics, Scandinavian Journal of Economics, Review of Development Economics, Economic Modelling, World Economy, International Review of Economics and Finance, China Economic Review, Economic Bulletin, etc. Currently, he is the handling associate editor for academic journal 《Economic Modelling》。
Prior to UIBE, Xiaopeng Yin was the assistant professor in the Concordia University, University of Windsor (tenure track) in Canada since 1999. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the McGill University. His academic papers have been published in several decent academic journals.
